Terms of Service and Purchase Conditions

1. Our service

• THAIPANYA provides full-length, exam-like papers taken online within a set time, with a readiness report after each submitted attempt.
• The report is built from the answers actually given in that attempt, using defined rules: where marks were lost, what to fix first, and what the evidence cannot conclude yet.
• The report is a preparation tool. It does not predict real exam scores or admission chances, and we make no promise about exam results.

2. Accounts

• A purchase creates either a parent account plus a test-taker account (parent buying for a child) or a single test-taker account (test taker buying for themselves).
• Each test-taker account is for one person, so that reports reflect one person’s work.
• Information you give when purchasing must be accurate.
• Keep your username and password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect someone else has used it, tell us at support@thaipanya.com immediately.

3. Orders and payment

• Prices and the number of papers are as shown on the order page at the time of purchase.
• Payment is by PromptPay or credit/debit card through our payment provider (Stripe). THAIPANYA never sees or stores your card number.
• Access starts when payment succeeds. Receipts are available under “Orders” in the system.

4. Access period

• Access lasts 2 years from the date payment succeeds. It covers papers not yet taken and revisiting reports and answer reviews of completed attempts.
• After the access period ends, untaken papers can no longer be used and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.

5. Cancellations and refunds

• Once payment succeeds, THAIPANYA does not issue refunds in any case, including papers not taken, attempts not completed, or expired access.
• Before buying, you can view the sample report and the details of each exam on our website to make sure the service fits your needs.
• If you were charged twice or incorrectly by the system, or paid but did not receive access, contact support@thaipanya.com with proof of payment and we will investigate and correct the transaction.
• If our system fails so that an attempt cannot continue, we will fix it or restore that attempt.

6. Copyright and use of content

• Exam questions, answers, explanations and reports are the intellectual property of THAIPANYA.
• They may be used only for the account holder’s own exam preparation. Do not copy, photograph or record them to publish, sell or distribute.
• Do not use automated tools to extract data or try to access the system beyond normal use.

7. Account suspension

If these terms are breached, for example by publishing exam content or sharing one test-taker account among several people, we may suspend that account.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

• We work to keep the system available, but there may be maintenance windows or temporary outages.
• We may improve papers, analysis rules or screens. Reports of completed attempts keep the rules used when they were issued.
• THAIPANYA is not responsible for real exam results or for decisions based solely on a report.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page with its effective date. Each purchase is governed by the version in effect on the purchase date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
